Our accounting department is staffed by numerous certified public accountants. We provided audits, review and compilation services to a variety of clients. Our accounting department clients are located all over the world.

Our business management department takes care of all day-to-day financial transactions of our clients. PNFW's, State-of -the-Art sophisticated computer system assists the staff in daily operations of check deposits, bill paying and money transfers, etc. for our clients within moments notice across the globe. Clients are kept in touch with their cash flows and financial needs.

PNFW issues monthly statements which indicate all monies going in and out of your account whether we are servicing your personal or business needs. Our office staff is equipped to issue cash flow statements as frequently as you need.

bert padellBert Padell has developed great expertise in many areas of the entertainment industry. He has provided his expertise to all of his clients by way of advising clients on business opportunities, personal and business decisions and assisting and working with clients managers and attorneys.

Mr. Padell is known throughout the industry by most entertainment attorneys, executives and managers and maintains a great rapport with them. He has worked closely with actuaries and pension experts to work out retirement planning for major businesses and clients.

Over the years many clients have amassed substantial funds in their retirement plans.

Bruce NadellBruce Nadell Padell Nadell Fine Weinberger’s very first employee was Bruce Nadell. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Long Island University, he met Burt Padell and they began to build the well respected firm.

Involved in all phases of the practice from business management to tax consulting to auditing to overall business acumen, the self professed “jack of all trades” describes the practices as being developed to super-serve every client in various aspects of their financial life.

Married for 25 years, Nadell is a member of New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Public Accountants.

jake fineJake Fine Detroit, Michigan native Jake Fine joined Padell Nadell Fine Weinberger LLP in 1971 with a BS in Accounting from Wayne State University in his hometown. Becoming a partner in the firm in 1976, this certified public accountant is responsible for many administrative aspects of the firm. Working with all clients as the business management overseer, Fine’s capacity has stretched to encompass areas of tax planning, IRS audits and overall financing for entertainers, athletes music producers and Broadway actors. He has designed computer programs, offered litigation support and conducted tax research for their enormous roster of clients.

The self-professed “all around wonderful guy,” loves what he does because the highlight of it all is to “be able to help people and provide an honest, good and meaningful service.” The Brooklyn resident is a married, grandfather of 12 and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

aaron weinbergerAaron Weinberger New York native Aaron Weinberger is a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch School of Business and Public Administration at City College. A certified public accountant since 1963, Weinberger joined Padell Nadell Fine Weinberger LLP in 1974 and became a partner in 1977. His clients run the gamut across a variety of industries including, construction, retail chains, TV & film production, post production editing, real estate management and of course entertainment. Operating as the primary tax and auditing partner at the firm, Weinberger conducts certified audits of financial statements and serves as a resource for the other partners at Padell Nadell Fine Weinberger in the areas of tax review, research and planning.

Also within the firm Weinberger directs the programs for continuing professional education and company insurances including medical, professional liability and casualty. Prior to joining Padell Nadell Fine Weinberger, Weinberger was an accounting supervisor with Goldstein, Golub, Kessler, the controller of a mortgage banking outfit and business administrator for the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations. Weinberger’s personal philosophy for his 40+ years in the business, “try to do as good a professional job as possible and at all times put the clients interests first. The client’s interest always comes first as long as those interests are aligned with my ethical interests, which usually line up.” Married for 40 years with 7 children and 18 grandchildren, Weinberger is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Karl grahamKarl Graham Jamaica, West Indies native Karl Graham arrived in the United States in 1985 with a passion for accounting. After being recruited in high school by Price Waterhouse, his desire to develop his skills continued. Graham joined Padell Nadell Fine Weinberger LLP in 1987 as an Assistant Bookkeeper. With a Business Administration degree from Baruch College in New York City, Graham moves up the corporate ranks from Bookkeeper to Principal /Accountant and finally to Partner by 1994. Graham’s 20 year tenure and work philosophy to “get it done and get it done accurately,” has served him well.

Servicing the entertainment clientele of the firm, Graham’s responsibilities include corporate and personal financial's and tax returns. Graham is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Married for 18 years, the father of one so who relishes in his personal philosophy, “I am here to remove as many obstacles as possible for the next generation.” He also enjoys reading and playing soccer in his spare time.

Frank FrancoFrank Franco Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Padell Nadell Fine Weinberger’s Frank Franco began with the firm in 1977 one year after graduating with honors from Manhattan College. With a degree in Business Administration and Accounting, after a brief stint at CBS / Columbia Records, Franco joined the firm, soon after became a partner.

Dealing with clients on a variety of platforms, Franco prepares financial's, develops policies and constructs expansion agreements for restaurants and film editing houses. A member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Franco’s personal philosophy is “be fair with people, work hard, be honest and try to do the best job you can.”
